A Kelley Athletic Store covers stores with a size of 800 to 3,000 sf. A Kelley Athletic
Store can be financed in one of two ways:
- $50,000 license fee and $75,000 inventory investment
In addition to the financing details above, a 1% royalty will be paid each month
by each store - this will be used for marketing, in-store POP and advertising.

In general, Kelley stores will range between 800 and 3,000 sf.

- Reduces space needed for extra inventory
- Simplifies ordering and inventory management for the store operator
- Allows each store to individualize their inventory to what is selling best in their
area

Reduces chances of a store being overstocked with an item that does not sell well
in that area.

Kelley Athletic Co. will provide extensive training and support. The biggest asset
of each store will be customer service. We have over 4 decades of combined knowledge
in the industry and will insure that you know everything about every product and
why it works. It is our obligation to make each customer feel comfortable about
the products they are buying and the understanding of why it will make them better.

Use of the Kelley Athletic Name, Mark and Systems
Exclusive Territory
Site Selection and Lease Negotiation
Architechtural Drawing and Planning Assistance
Owner/Manager/Employee Training Program
Grand Opening Assistance
In Field Operations Support and Training Updates

This agreement allows for multiple store development in territories (defined by
corporate) within a specific time period. The area development fee will be based
on the number of potential stores that can be opened in the defined territory.
