Have questions about ordering custom hats for your team?  Don't worry, you're not alone.  When you buy hats from Kelley, you are getting them directly from the brand, not a sporting goods store.  This gives you more control over the customization options you have with your hats.  We'll just go ahead and say it - we make the best hats in the country - it's really not even close!  See common custom headwear questions below:

• I've heard your hats are unbelievable, but I've heard your delivery times are slow
  Not anymore!  Our delivery times are now the fastest in the industry for custom hats.  Like our uniforms, we just moved production to Dallas, TX.    
  
  
• How Can I Pay?
  We accept credit card payments online.  School may use official purchase orders.  We also accept checks and money orders - which must be paid in full at the time of order. We will let you pay half now and half upon shipment for your hat order. Contact Us if you need to pay by check or with a school purchase order. 
   
• What if I add a player after I order?
  We require a minimum order of 12 hats per order at all times.  Because of this, we recommend you order extra hats with your first order - hats don't go bad - someone will always want them if you don't add extra players within the season.
    
• How long will my hat order take?
  We try to get them to you as soon as humanly possible. However, because of the complexity of our entire custom hat operation, all full custom orders require a minimum 4 to 5 week lead time.
  
  
• What if I have a custom logo?
  Email it to us and we will use it for your hats.  Please note that custom logos do have a $25 design fee charge for your first order.  With custom logos, we put great effort into making sure it turns into something you are happy with - this is why we charge you $25.
  
  
• I want to embroider something on the back or sides too - can you do this?
  We will embroider team names or flags anywhere you want.  Each additional embroidery location is $5.00 and includes 5,000 stitches.
  
  
• My logos are complex, is there an extra fee if I go over the 15,000 stitches for the front logo or 5,000 stitches for additional locations?
  Yes, we wish we could do additional embroidery for free, but it costs us money.  So, we have to charge you the bare minimum just to recover our costs.  Each additional 1,000 stitches will cost you .30 cents.
