| The Fifteen comes with something that is definitely not the norm for our industry. In fact, we've never heard of it.
In addition to a 1 year warranty, the Fifteen comes with a Service Level Agreement that gives you the following:
1 $100 Replacement within year 1 for any reason, including things such as changing size, wanting fresh graphics, etc. Basically, we're giving you a brand new bat for $100. We think this program makes great sense when you are making a high dollar investment in equipment. This is separate from any warranty issues you may claim.
The standard warranty covers denting, cracking and loss of pop within 365 days of purchase. To enact your warranty, you must retain your receipt and the bat id attached to your bat's warranty card. |
